You will note a new compulsory charge from the SANFL onto your sub fees. Do NOT select this in the registration process. It will automatically added to your club registration for yourself/your child
Also in the registration process there are two compulsory questions about volunteering at the Strathalbyn Football Club. Please complete these for your family commitment to SFC. You have the option to select AM or PM roster duties at the BBQ and Canteen. You can select either. We will do our best to ensure you are not rostered on during your child’s game.
All parents and all players over 15 are expected to do a roster duty for our 9 home games. It requires over 40 people each home game to run our club and we appreciate everyone committing and honouring their rosters. We need 360-400 roster spots each year filled which equates to about 2 duties per family per year if everyone does their bit.
Sadly, we had many people not engage with the rosters in 2019. We recognise we went to a new system last year and are confident it will get better. More information will come out soon for our roster system.
