THREE COURSE MEAL AND LIVE AUCTION ENTERTAINMENT

Our major fundraiser will be held on Saturday 2^nd July. The club will be holding a Gala Night where we will auction off donated items in order to raise funds to pay off our change room upgrades, new deck, netball court upgrades and women’s football honour board.  We are asking each team (netball, women’s football, football) to donate an item or service to be auctioned off in an online auction or on the night during the gala dinner.  Items will need to be finalised and communicated to Sheena or Emma by Tuesday the 8^th of June.

We are also seeking small donations of items to help create hampers that could be raffled / sold as a silent auction or bottles of wine for our Mystery Bottle draw. Please feel free to donate as you see fit.

It’s been a couple years between cups but we are on once more! August 14 is the night of races. The Breakthrough Mouse Cup will support Mental Health Research with all profits donated to the Breakthrough Foundation.

There will be 5 races plus the final throughout the course of the evening and every race will field 5 mice. Punters will have opportunity to purchase a trusty steed via auction prior to the race. Race winners get 50% of the takings in that race plus the next race in the VIP area. The winning mouse goes into the final where the winning mouse owner(s) net $500.

Also throughout the night we will have special prizes for the best “Fashion on the Field” and dishonourable mentions to the Crude Carnival Characters.
